General Rules
All papers must be written in English and they will be peer reviewed by at least three members of the Programme Committee. They will be judged on novelty, technical soundness/social scientific content, comparison to related work, validation aspects.
Both theoretical and applied research papers are welcome.
Submitted papers, must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with published proceedings. Failure to clearly identify any duplication or overlap with other papers is ground for rejection without full review.
Paper Format and Instruction for Authors
Submissions are not anonymous.
Papers should be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF). Papers submitted in a proprietary format such as Microsoft Word cannot be considered. Contributions should be at most 12 pages, including the bibliography and well-marked appendices and follow the ACM SIG proceedings format. Authors should apply ACM Computing Classification categories and terms.
Position Papers and Case Studies should have the words "Position Paper:" or "Case Study:", respectively, at the beginning of paper's title.
Submitted papers must adhere to the ACM Copyright Policy and the ACM Policy on Plagiarism. The final proceedings will be published with the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series.
Conflict of Interest Policy
PC members will be asked to declare their conflicts of interest with the authors of submitted papers at the beginning of the reviewing process.
Optionally, authors who additionally wish to declare conflicts of interest with PC members should send the corresponding information (without any justification, just the names of PC members) to Zinaida Benenson: zinaida.benenson[at]cs.fau.de
Accepted Papers Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the workshop to present the work. Otherwise, the paper will be excluded by the proceedings.
